Rule 11
Acceptance of course

(1) The Secretariat shall send in writing to the Council of Justice and the Public Service Commission for consultation on the draft curriculum prepared and submitted by the committee under Rule 10.
(2) After receiving consultation from the Judicial Council and the Public Service Commission, based on the consultation, the curriculum should be modified as needed and submitted to the Commission for approval.
